- DDDante DeCiccoNov 13, 20251.0I bought a fairly expensive $8,000 sectional from here 6 months ago and still can't get it to work. The corner cushion isn't the correct size and there is a HUGE gap from cushion to cushion only in that spot -- not from wear -- this is day 1 stuff. They sent a cushion after back and forth with them trying to tell me its normal - its not. This cushion has done nothing to remedy the problem.

When we found something we liked, she took a lot of time to ask the right questions, drape the fabrics and find the right one for us. There was never any pressure or rushing, and we left to take time to think. At home, she answered our questions quickly through email and assisted in the purchase/delivery. Stephanie was so helpful through the entire process and really went above and beyond. Thank you!
