Had a very knowledgeable salesman Mike Manashirov was great he was Not pushy and very patient with me The whole process from selecting the right chairs to setting up taking the old chairs away to delivery of the new chairs was very easy The Quality of the chairs is really good and the whole operation of the chairs is very smooth I definitely recommend Raymour&Flanigan for furniture purchases

Aggressive sales should never have sold a mattress that was too tall for the hospital bed frame I have. I expressed concern since I’m not very tall at 5’2” sure enough aides had trouble helping me out of bed and refused to help me unless I got a lower profile bed which Raymour used to carry but no more salesman zealous to make a sale should have ethically refused the same and say in good conscience I can’t sell you this mattress nope now I’m stuck with a 650 dollar mattress never mind that bought a number of other pieces that worked out but they should have refunded me the mattress cost and you cannot ever get cs on the phone you’ll be on the phone forever they are understaffed a lot of their furniture is stupid and ugly too they’ll never learn. They are slow. I want a refund !
