I gave them form for certificate of insurance four times and delivery people came to delivery without it. Building is not allowed delivery of furniture without it. They left and it was rescheduled for today. The day was confirmed with the building. And now they can’t delivery because they didn’t put it in there schedule!!! I will never buy anything from this store. I don’t recommend to anybody to buy there.

When walking in I was carrying my service dog and politely pointed out that I would remain carrying him (even though I didn’t have to). When we started to walk away to look around, the worker, an older lady with white short hair said to another worker “you better carry him or I’ll snap his neck.” At first I thought I must’ve heard wrong, but then my fiancé looked at me and said please tell me she didn’t just say she’ll snap his neck. We quickly left after that, but funny enough she scattered away when she saw us approaching the front to leave, I guess figuring we heard. I understand not everyone likes animals, but when they are needed in a do or die situation, and there’s people like that who make comments, just shows their character. For the future, please keep your disgusting comments to yourself or at least when the customer is in earshot. I want to inform everyone that these are the people you are buying from. Also I hope this comment is for the right location since there is 2 right next to each other. This location had 2 floors.

After schedule with a professional repairman, who told me that I am going to need to reschedule since the part need to be replaced - it all down hill from there. I reschedule between 8-4 and not only no one came, no one told me and no one ask me to reschedule. I called to the customer service and gave all the details (phone number, order number) and after 40 minutes of holding I gave up and after recalling I just gave this review. Worst expiernece i had no doubt.
