He told me to go down the craft aisle. It is a craft store. Every aisle is a craft aisle. It was completely unhelpful. However, the lady who was cutting fabric for another customer, she kindly let me borrow her tape measure so that I could measure a picture frame that was missing dimensions. I was grateful for the assistance.

I said there are separate lines, why are you taking someone that was standing on a different line. The customer he called over was confused and apologized to us. When I called the manager he talked over me and would not let me speak. Needless to say I will NOT be returning. So disappointed in a store that is supposed to welcome EVERYONE. Would give zero stars if I could!
