Although the prices are good around the Christmas and New Year season, there are always long lines with not enough cashiers. Their computer system is so outdated, cashiers have to scream to ask how much for some items and punch in the % of discount manually which slows things down.. I just lined up for 30 minutes at 1 pm at the store. Poorly managed! Thumbs down.

Recently they had their Christmas sales and I was overcharged for multiple items that I had not purchased but were on my receipt. I cannot believe there is no register of items like other stores, also making it harder for the cashiers to properly help a customer. They place items into categories rather than having some sort of special code to identify items. The manager was very disrespectful to my parents and I when we brought up our concern and did not seem to wanna help us until we got upset. This is the second time we have been disrespected. Take this as a sign to check your items after purchase when coming to shop here to avoid being overcharged.
