Newly built in 2012, this new concept showroom is attached to our US Corporate Office and located on the westbound side of Route 4, located just east of the Garden State Plaza Mall.     Getting a repair of our blinds and purchasing new kitchen verticals was great. The problem was when we installed and found we were short one of the verticals. I called to make the store aware and was told the manager would get back to me on how to resolve. Well no one called me back. I called again and was able to get confirmation that the verticals missing would be shipped. Two weeks later I called and spoke with a male who told me that the vertices was being shipped. When I asked where it was being shipped to he said to the rte 4 nj store. I asked if it could be shipped to me directly as I live 1 hr from store. He said probably not but would ask manager and call me back within the hour. I did not receive a call back that day or for the next 5 days until I had to call again. I called and got the same male I had spoke to who promised to call back. He did not have an answer but would speak to a manager again I requested a call back. Once again nothing! A week later I called again and requested to speak to a manager. No manager was on duty to speak to me. The female I spoke to didn’t know if they could ship to me and I again explained the distance I lived from location. She said I would get a call back from manager at which time I said I would call corporate if I didn’t hear from manager by end of day. Next day I called corporate and explained the lack of customer service and my multiple attempts to get an answer about shipping to me. Customer service at corporate researches and found that store the day before sent an email to my wife’s email stating that the vertices would be shipped to me. This entire scenario would have been avoided if a manager would handle complaints and replacement needs, that were stores error, in a timely manner. A quick CALL back would have been nice! Thank you

    UPDATE 2 (2/17/2026): I have left 2 follow up messages (the rep's extension goes to voicemail). No email. No callback. So far, customer service is as unresponsive as the store. This process started on Nov 7 and we STILL don't have blinds or a reasonable reason for not having them installed yet. At this point, I'd take a refund just to not deal with the endless runaround anymore. UPDATE 1 (2/15/2026): the company reached out on Friday, 2/13/26. I was promised follow up and an email by end of day. Have yet to receive anything. ORIGINAL (2/11/2026): Great selection and the salespeople are very nice. However, the installer came over a month ago, he arrived with the wrong parts and left everything in boxes on my couch without installing. I was then told the parts were in Mexico instead of one of their warehouses here so we had to wait a few days. That was Jan 8. It’s Feb 11 and I’ve had to follow up multiple times - everything’s been paid for since before the installation date in January but I have no blinds installed, no calls back from them, nothing. They promise to call back when I call them but they never do. I’ll update when this is resolved but as of now, I’d recommend going elsewhere for your blinds.
