  I had a good experience with Eliana. She guided me on motorized Blackout shades for my bedroom. She also helped me with the decor of the room with AI pictures. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Blinds To Go, and plan on shopping there again in the future.

  I can't say enough about my sales consultant Angie. She did everything right from the very start, which included texting me an ETA so I would know exactly when to anticipate her. She was polite, warm, made me feel respected, and that my time mattered. I had honestly planned on shopping around to try to get the best possible price, but Angie made me feel comfortable enough to entrust my purchase to her.   We purchased our shutter blinds recently at Blinds to Go. The whole process was very smooth. We had multiple choices to choose from when visiting the store. We got them on sale at an affordable price. It took about two weeks to manufacture the blinds in Mexico. Once the blinds were ready we made an appointment to get them installed. The installation went well. This was a much needed upgrade to the old existing blinds we had in our home. The installation only took about 20 minutes per window. The installer discarded our old blinds for us and left them near the trash bins so I could have sanitation pick them up. Over all experience was great. Much thanks to Susan Pascal from Blinds to Go who did a fantastic job. She kept me updated from start to finish making sure that I was 100% satisfied with my shutters and the installation process.
