    From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I walked the entire showroom—twice—before anyone even acknowledged me. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time oversight. When I returned the next day for a refund, I saw another customer receive the exact same “invisible treatment.” The lack of professionalism didn’t stop there. Both employees told me they couldn’t process my cash refund because deposits were made daily to the bank. However, once I mentioned leaving a Google review, the story suddenly changed—and I was issued my cash refund on the spot. That alone says everything about the level of honesty and transparency here. At no point during my purchase did anyone take the time to ask the right questions about my previous appliance or setup—just “What are you looking for?” and “How would you like to pay?” It was clear the focus was making a sale, not making sure I was getting what I actually needed. This experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest potential customers do the same.

    Update: After my original 1 star review Jonathan from Ferguson reached out. He bent over backwards to try to make things right. I still can't give more than 3 stars because the original problems were real, but I give high marks for their customer service. As it turns out, I'd definitely buy appliances or other items from them so long as they are shipping/installing using their trucks and people. I'd be careful online ordering porcelain or other breakable stuff over the Internet though. *******8 We ordered a Toto toilet from Ferguson. When the first one arrived cracked we chalked it up to bad luck. They sent a replacement which arrived poorly packaged with a much larger chunk broken out. We called again and asked for them to replace this one but to please pay better attention to packaging. Yup, third one arrived but this time it was shattered into 30 or 40 pieces, When we called to complain and ask what the heck we're supposed to do to get rid of 3 broken toilets, the woman who took the call suggested Habitat for Humanity. Seriously???? Clueless and the last time we order anything from these clowns.

    Ken was extremely helpful in helping me discover the perfect washer and dryer. Likewise, Jonathan was wonderful, too. Highly highly recommend this location on Main Street In Orange. Tell all your friends to come by. Exceptional service!
