Examples of this is putting you on hold for over twenty minutes to see if the have something in stock to either hang up on you or take you off of hold and start the conversation again as if you weren’t just on hold. They’ll tell you they have something in stock on the phone then when you drive out there they say they’ve been out of that paver or wall color all week.
