We came in looking for a specific replacement part and got “well if it’s not here on this wall we probably don’t have it. You could try Ace Hardware across the street” We also came in to ask if they suggested any sealant for a leak we had around our skimmer. The employee literally said “oh I don’t know, I don’t really work in this field I just work here”. We left even more confused than we were coming in. Ace Hardware turned out to be far more helpful. Long story short: don’t expect help or advice. Unless you know specifically what you need, you should probably go elsewhere.
