- PFPatricia FrehnerMar 13, 20261.0Had to come in for a replacement power sofa because when our sofa stopped working for a second time in 2 years we were told they were not going to fix it. To replace the sofa a similar sofa was 200 dollars more. Then we were told we would have to purchase again an extended warranty for 200 and on top of that an additional 249 for delivery. I turned to my husband and said Do you feel like paying $700 For a sofa because Raymore and Flanagan refused to come and fix The sofa we had bought two years ago that we had a five year warranty on that sofa. So in order to not have the same situation, we went with two push back recliners. It only came in one material, which was striped which I didn’t really care for. But I did not want to be put in a situation where I would have to pay a lot of money in addition to what I paid for my original sofa. That delivery fee should have been on you since you sold us a defective sofa and expected us to pay an additional 700 Because you would not come over and fix the one we had. So of course, we will never be coming back there again.

The entire thing was seamless, and we bought a new couch the same day the tech came to inspect the couch. Highly recommend this ocean store in particular. The sales associates are very nice & super helpful
