    The customer service is horrible. I had a reselect and was told I can only make an appointment for Monday thru Friday 1pm - 5pm. I made the appointment and when I got there their system was not working (mind you I had to leave work early). When I asked why no one called me to reschedule my appointment the manager couldn’t give me an answer. This was over a month ago and I still haven’t received my furniture.

    I called while EN-route to verify whether they had any cribs in order not to waste a trip. After ringing 10 times , she answered and put me on hold the whole time. I hung up when we arrived at the store only to see some of the employees laying down on mattresses and the receptionist in a conversation with 2 other coworkers. It was 5 pm last Sunday an hour before closing and a complete waste of a trip. Won't see me there again.

He guided us through choosing our mattress, living room set, and dining room set with patience and genuine care. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everything looks perfect in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommend asking for Rich Montalvo if you want a stress-free and professional experience!

    Everything was great except getting hit with a 159.00 delivery fee and om only 15 minutes away. And it's only to deliver one item
