    Brittany and the Store Manager could not have been more helpful. I wanted a specific color for the sleeper chair I was purchasing and they were tenacious about finding out if that color was available. We all celebrated when we found it did come in the color I wanted. I had a wonderful experience with their help.

    I wouldn’t shop here only for the poor customer service by Theresa. She put me on hold several times and cut me off without allowing me to talk. Great customer service

    The customer service is horrible. I had a reselect and was told I can only make an appointment for Monday thru Friday 1pm - 5pm. I made the appointment and when I got there their system was not working (mind you I had to leave work early). When I asked why no one called me to reschedule my appointment the manager couldn’t give me an answer. This was over a month ago and I still haven’t received my furniture.

    I called while EN-route to verify whether they had any cribs in order not to waste a trip. After ringing 10 times , she answered and put me on hold the whole time. I hung up when we arrived at the store only to see some of the employees laying down on mattresses and the receptionist in a conversation with 2 other coworkers. It was 5 pm last Sunday an hour before closing and a complete waste of a trip. Won't see me there again.
