  It was great dealing with La-Z'Boy. Great selection of well built furniture and very knowledgeable staff. Keira was extremely helpful in laying out the furniture in the room based on the measurements we provided

  Rebecca was a great salesperson and showed us a few sofa/loveseats at different price points before we decided on one. The financing was super easy and we went during the 30% off sale, so there were great sale prices. We ended up getting a loveseat on Valentine's Day! La-Z-Boy specializes in recliners, don't go anywhere else to buy one.

  I was pleased to find exactly the color and size of recliner I had envisioned for my living room. The piece arrived on time and in excellent condition. I appreciated, especially, the gentlemen who came to deliver and set up the La-Z-Boy. The were on time, competent and courteous and made the entire delivery anxiety-free. Kudos to them in particular.

  I've had La-Z-Boy recliners for years and have always raved about the comfort and quality. I weighed 400 pounds when I purchased my last recliner. After 15 years and significant weight loss it was time for a new chair. My previous La-Z-Boy chair was purchased from a third-party during a closeout sale. I paid $800 interest free for 18 months for a floor model. The only reason I was replacing the chair was due to the cushioning starting to give out. This completely makes sense given my weight fluctuation. The mechanical part of the chair still worked perfectly. I visited a La-Z-Boy store in person and tried several chairs that were considered for a taller person. I have had this chair for eight weeks following double knee replacements and the chair has propelled me out of the chair on more than one occasion. This is the current condition of the mechanical parts of the chair. This is the most overpriced piece of furniture I have purchased. It was a complete waste of money. The response from La-Z-Boy has been underwhelming. I was told several times during my call with Customer Service that according to my contract… let's see what the final outcome is.

  We had a great experience at our local La-Z-Boy while shopping for new office furniture. Gilbert, the furniture consultant, was friendly and helpful as we explored options. Once we realized we needed help planning furniture placement around an existing treadmill, Gilbert connected us with onsite designer Kiera, whom we remembered from a family room project she designed for us a few years ago. Kiera was fantastic. She came to our home with fabric samples, took detailed measurements, and then presented multiple furniture and layout options when we returned to the store. She made real-time adjustments on the computer based on our feedback, which made the decision process easy and stress-free. The entire experience was professional, collaborative, and well organized. We really appreciated the design support from both Gilbert and Kiera and are looking forward to our furniture delivery.
