She greeted us almost immediately and pointed us toward the recliners that were on sale. There were nearly 100 to choose from. She was also working with one other customer, but this worked well as we could walk around and test out multiple chairs. She checked in with us often. No pressure. We bought the chair and arranged delivery and set up of the new and the take-out the old. Highly recommend the store and Anila.
