I bought two twin beds and mattresses from this store. Sales associate showed me mattress on different bed which seems smaller than which i bought, but she said it will fit on the one you bought. when mattress arrives they are way smaller then my beds. When i asked them to return mattresses they refused to accept the return on the order less than a week i placed.

Kerby d salesman was professional, good natured, patient & kinda entertaining. Was looking for a bedroom set, but, didn't like d dresser/mirror & chest drawer that came w it & told him exactly what I like so after showing me around he told me he had something in mind & sure enough from afar I liked it & when it was delivered twas a perfect match...was ecstatic & was on cloud 9. So grateful for Kerby's help. Ask for Kerby if going to Raymour & Flanigan in No. Brunswick.
Now, if you're looking for someone to remove your old furniture, don't go w their 3rd party...so rude, no manners, no word of honor as he doesn't honor original price quoted, & inconsiderate. His workers r more professional than he is. So look for someone u know or recommended.
BUYER BEWARE! Agree with the other commenters regarding the scam of their “protection plan” and their furniture quality.
We bought an L shaped sofa 2 years ago and the salesperson sold us very hard on buying the warranty, convinced us that it would protect us against tears/stains and they personally would never make such a large purchase without buying the warranty etc. We were wary of it but she convinced us that it would be easy to even replace the sofa if there is significant damage. We ended up purchasing it (big mistake).
Fast forward 2 years, the back panel of our sofa is literally falling off and there are 2 visible screws holding it together. I have filed their online warranty form and have not even heard back. After looking through reddit, it seems like people regularly get talked into buying the warranty and either get ignored by the company afterwards or have to jump through multiple hoops to get it covered.
I can’t believe we paid thousands of dollars for a sofa that is falling apart 2 years later and we can’t even replace it with a warranty that we paid a lot of extra money to purchase. The whole experience now feels scammy.
If you’re going to spend the money and not have warranty anyway, it’s better to go to a furniture outlet that has reputable brand stores and purchase from there instead.

I previously left a positive review for Raymour & Flanigan because the Lancaster, PA location did a great job furnishing most of our home. Unfortunately, my experience with the North Brunswick location has been unbelievably frustrating and unacceptable.
On 12/31 we ordered a rug and were told it would be customized and take some time, completely fine. During the week of 1/5 I followed up and was told it would be delivered at the beginning of the week of the 13th. That never happened.
On the 17th my girlfriend received a call saying the rug had arrived… in New Jersey. We very clearly stated multiple times that we live in York, PA, and it was supposed to be delivered to PA. Somehow it was still sent to the NJ warehouse. After that, silence.
I called on the 20th and was told they had no idea where the rug was. I asked for a manager (Kelly) to call me back. No call. I called again on the 22nd, still no answers and still no call back. Being told a store doesn’t know where a paid-for item is, while a manager ignores a customer requesting contact, is completely unacceptable.
The issue was eventually resolved when my girlfriend was contacted the next day, but that does not excuse the complete lack of communication and accountability. The mistake is one thing, refusing to speak to the customer about it is another.
At this point I expect a call back from the store manager. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks just to find out where their purchase is.
Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and follow-through at this location.
