Very disappointing experience. The salesman didn’t ask any questions, looked completely miserable, and acted like he only cared about making his commission. My mother tried to be friendly and he barely responded flat, no personality, whispering the whole time.
Then the delivery drivers were “in a hurry,” but it really seemed like they just didn’t want to carry a refrigerator up to the 3rd floor. Overall, unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Good heavens, that a disastrous service!!! They have more variety than Home Depot, but the customer service is a useless. Yesterday I was there and they had to announce over their loudspeaker more than five times for someone to come to the plumbing area. Besides that, I spoke with three of their employees telling them I needed help 😒😠. I don't recommend that store at all.🫵👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
