And after 3 months exactly they will raise it very high There is a fine print you gotta agree to before signing in. it goes like "extra space may raise your rate based on 'market conditions'" yeah no Bltch. No market condition buIIsHlt, at the 3rd month they will simply double it. Its a pattern. And when you try to challenge it, they will remind you about that little agreement. I signed up to them 3 different times under 3 different names just to find out if this was really was a situational thing like they initially claimed, and all 3 times they did double my rate. This doesn't only apply to this location, but all of em. Definitely do your research and take your business elsewhere but before you do, learn more about these sudden raises. It might be a storage unit scheme overall. Now don't get me wrong here, staff is friendly and very helpful. Facility is clean and pretty well maintained. But truth be told, this company overall is pure A S S UPDATE since Business replied: "Please contact us to discuss further" = going through this policy already mentioned and pretty much reminding me how i agreed to it initially" Again, nothing against the staff or the premises. Place is great, staff is cool and Andre is a rockstar. Its the shitty company you work for and their sneaky scammy policies"
