As a regular customer of Lowe’s in Newton, I’m usually very pleased with all the people that work there. Everyone is usually great friendly nice well that all changed today. I went in. I was making a purchase and the cashier Margaret at self service was very rude machine automatically called for her to come over and Assist with my purchase I did not call for her to come. however, the light sat there blinking red for 2 to 3 minutes while she was talking to two children about flowers. Then when she came over, she was very rude. Told me I didn’t need to call her over for this. It’s ridiculous how somebody could be customer service with an attitude like hers.

Great shopping experience. Started in the outdoor department where Lowe’s Employees gave me isle number directions for the items I needed. They were spot on! Next at lumber where Ishmael and another employee understood what my project was, cut wood to my specifications and found correct braces for it. And…if that wasn’t enough, checked out at the self check out forgetting to put in my cart one of my larger items . They ran out to my car to bring it to me! Wow! Now that is outstanding customer service! Bravo and many thanks to your team.
