    Lowe’s is my go to spot. This location I’ve never had an issue with getting help from staff or the product I was looking for. And they treat Veterans great with an all year long discount and parking out front .

    This store used to be my go-to — always clean, organized, and welcoming. Unfortunately, after my recent experience, I’ll never shop here again. I purchased all the materials for a flooring project based on what the salesperson recommended. The tile adhesive they sold me turned out to be completely wrong for the type of tile I was installing. My professional contractor followed directions exactly, yet the materials didn’t set correctly and the grout cracked multiple times. We redid it three times with no success. When I went back to the store, they told me to contact the manufacturer — who confirmed that the adhesive sold to me wasn’t meant for that type of tile. I had to rip up and redo the entire floor, costing me another $1,500. I reached out to the store and simply asked for a small gesture of good faith — replacement of the three pails of adhesive (a few hundred dollars). I was told, “Sorry, can’t help you.” It’s not about the money — it’s about principle. The lack of accountability and customer care is beyond disappointing. Horrible customer service. For this, they’ve lost a loyal customer forever. I’ll be shopping at Home Depot from now on.

    I went to Lowes in Newton NJ to get replacement fluorescent light bulb for Phillips F40T12 bulb. A salesman came over to me and informed me that they don't make them any more and they are not available anywhere. I then went online and saw that Home Depot had them. I went to Home Depot and there is a huge display of them in every color including bright, cool white and daylight. Thanks a lot Lowes.

    Took 4 attempts to deliver a washing machine. Maybe not the stores fault but better in store questioning would have led to better prep for the install. The rest of the issues were the fault of customer service. Delivery team said they had to come back tommorrow but that would have been a Wednesday and lowes doesn't deliver on Wednesday. Better communication and knowledge of the business would have made this so much better of an experience. No discount or offer for a store credit for the inconvience was the cherry on this not so amazing cake.
