  I really wish it was an option for negative stars! Runnnnnn so far with your stuff; it’s going to cost you more than it’s worth!!!! THEY HAVE MICE!!!!!!!!!! I just want to note I had nothing in unit to have an infestation. This place is a literal nightmare. Witnessing people literally storing trash and food to your things being slept on by literal mice every night. I thought my items were safe; I paid to be there. This wasn’t a favor. SMH I came to get my items out of storage and I was literally blown away by the amount of feces and urine soaked items I found in my unit. I expressed my concerns to the employees and the manager and they just print a paper and shuffle you out the door: no empathy at all. Most people put their things in storage as a last resort; this company takes full advantage of that. Prices go up every time you turn around and they look you in your face and tell you, you’re unable to use the dumpster. WHAT ELSE ARE WE BEING CHARGED FOR IF WE CANT USE THE FACILITIES? Maybe im naive. I was trying to discard of the heavily, and I mean HEAVILY soiled items from the infestation and they told me I would have to hire someone to come and discard of the things. I was blown away. This; I personally think should have been the exception to the rule. I already had to detail My car because I found feces in the TAPE of the boxes I did bring home. I have to open up every box outside my home because I’m afraid of what i potentially did bring with me. This Honestly is insane. My stomach literally hurts everytime I think of my things being rummaged through and slept in for the past 2 years. These individuals clock in; it’s a job for them: but for me I put my things in storage so I can help my mother get through having open heart surgery. I thought I had a piece of mind while assisting her; but clearly I was wrong: I’ve already had a rollercoatser of a life and now I may have transported Minnie Mouse with me to my new house: I can’t even settle in properly because of this. Bags I had things in I had to throw out once I realized how disgusting they truly were. IM TALKING URINE SOAKED I can be reached out to because my account is “past due” and my “things will go up for auction” but no one called me concerning the state of my unit once I moved out and to address my concerns. Wow. Very poor customer service. Imagine explaining your frustration to someone and their response is “well it’s just going to go in your credit report” lol I’m truly in a stage of shock. I signed a contract that said I would have a temperature controlled, VARMIT free unit and what I received was a honey comb hide out for mice run aways. This is most people prize possession; things we will never be able to get again from people we may never see again. How demeaning is it to feel like your items are ruined, traditions family heirlooms and someone says “file a claim and you can’t use the trash can”. NEXT! Money does not fix every inconvenience. Y’all honestly need to do better; the world has gotten so desensitized we don’t even know how to offer guest resolutions. I did not ask for any help or assistance; just to use the trash and now I’m going to receive a charge that’s going to be “put on my credit report” according to the employee who called me. I SAID “I WILL COME THROW THE THINGS OUT IF IM ABLE TO USE THE DUMPSTER” they still refused to let me use it and told me my account would be put into collections. SMH, unreal: I will deal with whatever comes. A card is sent to you everytime it’s an increase; find a way to fund garbage pick up just in case a renter needs to use the facilities. I didn’t ask to discard an entire house full of furniture, only the items ruined by poor maintenance of your facilities and I was met with stale help and closed ears. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! store your clothes outside in plastic bins before you trust this company with your belongings. You will be better off. I’m sure they are important to you and they CAN CARE LESS!!! I HAVE VIDEOS THAT IT WONT LET ME UPLOAD. These are screenshots. Hope this helps
