  Beautiful space! This is a new building! The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are attentive and clearly explain the expectations of the unit rental policies. The units are spacious, elevators are quiet and overall, this location is well lit and cleanly. I also like that the crates are available to use freely. At my other unit in Brooklyn, they make you give your ID to an agent while you use the crate. I get that it’s to prevent theft, but I am glad that this location in Newark has more trust and care for their customers.

  I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received! Donovan Cox was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. The storage facility is very clean, well-organized, and feels very secure, which gives me a lot of confidence storing my belongings there. You can clearly see that everything is well maintained and customer-focused. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage unit with outstanding customer service. Thank you so much, Donovan, for all your help!

  I have been an Extra Space Storage customer for years. I recently decided to purchase more storage and was extremely impressed by the service I received from Donovan Cox at 305 Wilson Ave. He greeted me with not only respect but kindness as well. He was very thorough and reviewed every detail with me. One thing I truly appreciated was that he made sure to secure the lobby prior to giving me a tour of the facility and my unit. I highly value safety and because he went this extra step to ensure this was done , let me know I’ve made the best decision to rent at this location. I can not emphasize enough my gratitude for Donovan.

  The Service at this location(305 Wilson Ave, Newark,NJ 07105) was nothing but Pure Excellence Donovan Cox and Rashawn Smith are setting the highest Standard of what Extraordinary Customer Service is all about. Their Courteous and Professional service by going above and beyond when I was in the process of renting my unit left me speechless.They made the process so easy. I was so impressed with their Impeccable Customer Service(which is hard to get nowadays and the cleanliness of the establishment that I decided to rent my second unit at this Location.These two Gentlemen are a real Gem!!when it comes to what Customer Service is all about.   Donovan was an absolute pleasure to work with! He made the process of finding the perfect storage space feel so easy and seamless. I really appreciated how attentive he was — he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and matched me with a unit that fit everything perfectly. He also made sure I was properly insured and explained everything with so much patience and care. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in making sure everything feels right from start to finish.
