I told him Speed Queen and showed him the product code. He told us Speed Queen usually has a 7 year warranty. We went home found our invoice from June 2019, went online with Speed Queen and found out there were 241 days left on the warranty. I appreciate Frank's honesty and integrity. I will always go back to Colonial , when we need an appliance.
