  The sales people are excellent and willing to do research to figure out which appliance fits in an older kitchen. Delivery people are on time and courteous and if you're having an appliance that requires installation Frank does excellent work including cutting our countertop to make sure the new cooked fit correctly.

  Good price on my AC staff knowledgeable friendly. Delivery was on time air conditioner was in good shape on delivery. I would recommend buying appliances from them.

  My husband and I have bought ALL of our household appliances from Colonial appliance over the last 36 years of home ownership. Carl and his crew have always been incredibly helpful, honest about pricing, and seamless with purchase, delivery and removal of old appliance. They stand by the brands they sell and when said brands fail to support /help the consumer when an item has an issue and you are outside of warranty, Carl will get directly involved. We cannot say enough good things about this family run business! If you are in need of appliances, big or small, go to them, you will never be disappointed!! In a BIG chain store world it is still wonderful to deal with a smaller family run business!!!

  We have purchased all of our appliances from Colonial over the past 15 years. The salesmen are very knowledgeable about the different models and can help you make a final decision based on your needs. And we greatly appreciate the troubleshooting from the installers because we have definitely had space challenges getting the dryer into our laundry room! Highly recommend!
