I trusted them with my couches, my clothes, my KIDS’ clothes, THREE mattresses and so much more — for ONLY TWO WEEKS — and rats completely destroyed EVERYTHING. Papers chewed up, my kids’ clothes full of holes, mattresses ruined, couches destroyed. EVERYTHING. And the worst part? I PAID for insurance. My contract CLEARLY said rodents were covered. But when I filed my claim, these clowns suddenly acted brand new and told me the insurance I PAID FOR ‘didn’t cover that.’ Are you kidding me? What the hell did I pay for then? Air?! This company is pure trash. I had to buy ALL NEW FURNITURE for my new apartment because they can’t maintain a basic clean, rodent-free facility. They take your money, lie to your face, and hide behind nonsense when it’s time to actually help. One star because I can’t give ZERO. DO NOT store your things here unless you want rats to have a damn feast and the company to laugh in your face after. Absolute SCAM
