  I had a really smooth experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure — which was important to me. The staff was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The rental process was quick and straightforward, and access to the unit was easy. Prices were fair compared to other places in the area, and I appreciated how organized and well-maintained everything was. Overall, very professional operation and I’d definitely use them again if I need storage in the future.

  I’m beyond disappointed with this storage facility and how this whole situation was handled. I rented a unit here expecting a clean, safe, and secure place to store my belongings. Instead, when I went to check on my stuff, I found rat droppings inside the unit. That alone is disgusting and completely unacceptable. A storage business should have proper pest control and basic cleanliness, and clearly that is not happening here. Because of the rodent issue, some of my belongings were damaged and contaminated. This isn’t just a small inconvenience—these are personal items that I trusted this company to protect. The whole point of paying for storage is peace of mind, and this place failed at the most basic level. What really makes this worse is how the insurance side was handled. They refused to pay for the damaged items because I didn’t have original receipts for everything. A lot of people store older items, personal belongings, or things they’ve had for years, most people don’t keep every receipt forever. So now, even though the damage was clearly caused by a rat problem in their facility, I’m stuck eating the loss. Between the poor maintenance, the pest problem, and the lack of real help when something actually goes wrong, this place has been a huge disappointment. I paid for a clean and secure unit and got the exact opposite, plus a fight with insurance that led nowhere. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone who cares about their belongings. If you’re thinking about storing anything important here, think twice. If something gets damaged, don’t expect them to make it right especially if you don’t have every single receipt saved. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere that actually takes cleanliness, pest control, and customer responsibility seriously.
