Rachel took the time to show me different units so I could make the right decision, and she never made me feel rushed. After discussing my needs, we realized the Lumberton location would be a better fit for me. Rachel went above and beyond by coordinating everything from the Mt. Laurel office. The whole process was super easy and quick. If it weren’t for the price difference, I would’ve definitely rented here because of how welcoming and professional the team is. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great customer service and a smooth experience!

She was so helpful and kind and took her time to understand my needs (what kind of space I needed, how big, etc). She also walked me to the unit to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for before booking. She was friendly and polite - and after a long difficult week it was nice to feel supported in even the smallest ways!
