  I just bought my 3rd appliance from Albo… a gas range, and my 2nd from Otis. Their prices are fair and they’ll price match anyone except Amazon, and as I learned with a bad refrigerator design, they stand behind their warranty. Don’t ever buy a refrigerator with an ice maker in the bottom freezer…they don’t bother to insulate the water line and it freezes solid. The manufacturer recommendation? Use a hair dryer to thaw it. Fortunately, I had purchased the Albo warranty and they agreed to allow us to replace it with a totally different model, and we are very happy with the new one. We just paid the $100 difference in price between what we had paid and what the new one cost. And, their warranty transferred to the new one.

  Went there on a recommendation and are so pleased. Otis Brooks, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helped us choose all our new kitchen appliances. We are doing a total remodel and while ordered this month, will not be taking delivery for 2 months. We found their pricing great. No delivery charge, no removal charge- all great. Glad we went there.

  We spent time researching a new refrigerator online between the big boxes and Consumer Reports. But, before my wife Susan and I pulled the trigger, we wanted to visit Albo because we'd heard for years about their reputation. It was the best decision we could have made. As every other reviewer attests, we were approached after several minutes by Otis Brooks who was not only remarkably knowledgeable but equally low-keyed. I'll bet there isn't a question he couldn't answer about any appliance in the showroom. We generally take some time with big decisions like an appliance purchase. This time we turned the car around on our ride home and made the deal.

  This experience has been just a horrible dreadful experience. The sales man told us on a Sunday that our washer and dryer would be delivered that upcoming Saturday. On Wednesday, we were called and told that the washer was on back order. The sales rep never mentioned that little bit of information to us when we bought it on Sunday. The man told us that the have BEEN on back order. Horrible Custer service given that we were never told that info when we bought it. We bought both the washer and dryer now nearly a month ago and still no washer. No contact from Aldo and it's been weeks. It's like we have been ghosted. Horrible experience all the way around. Also when they delivered the dryer we never received the new vent tubing that we paid $24.95. I called and talked to a manager and yeah nothing was done about that. Very disappointed with the Aldo in Mount Holly.

  We bought a range, microwave and beverage fridge for our new kitchen. Our experience at Albo Mt. Holly was a A+ experience. We had Otis Brooks as our sales person and he gave us tremendous value not only in price but also with the information he was able to provide us on what to buy. He was direct and no nonsense and was not trying to upsell us on any appliances. He gave honest and direct feedback when we had questions. When I buy a product I want to feel like I'm receiving great value for the product I'm buying and Otis provided that. I would highly recommend buying from Albo in Mt. Holly and from Otis Brooks. I know you will get a good deal at a fair and highly competitive price. Otis does not want you to leave the store to go to big box or leave the store and buy online. He will make sure you get excellent honest customer experience at an extremely fair price. I would not go anywhere else to buy appliances!
