Otis Brooks, our Sales Representative, carefully listened to what our specific needs were and pointed us to exactly what we were looking for within minutes, at prices that not only rival that of other competitors prices, but beat those prices by quite a margin. The sales person was Otis Brooks who was one of the nicest person you could meet in the appliance industry. Otis showed me a few different models and helped me get the most for my money. He even looked up and found a rebate on the washer and dryer. Otis answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was a pain or a bother to him. I would definitely suggest if anyone needs anything in the way of appliance to stop in to Albo of My. Holly and ask for Otis Brooks.
