I let her know about my recent move and what I needed stored. She gave me the price breakdown on the different units as well as tour around the site. I let her know I wasn’t sure at first but she made me feel comfortable enough to come back and rent my 5x10. So far I haven’t had any complaints. I definitely would recommend the mountainside location and Brena to assist with renting.

The same unit is currently going for less than $100 for a new customer when reserved online. When I brought this up they first told me they would get my rate down to the wall-in rate, around $125. Check back 2 weeks after this conversation and I see my next payment is still $256. I then go to the live chat on the website. Live chat tells me the manager of this location will call me in the next couple days to discuss. The manager did call me, however I was only offered a discount to $205 per month. Still more than double what they are offering to new customers who reserve online. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
