A blind in my house from an unknown source had a component fail. I thought Blinds To Go might have repair parts that I could buy. The lady who greeted me said they don't stock repair parts for sale, but they had a small collection of parts I could look at. In the small box, there was a part that will work with my blinds. Excellent friendly service for this unusual request speaks to how they treat customers. So much nicer than on-line merchants or big box stores. The next time I need blinds, I will definitely return to Blinds To Go.
