That's ok but then they started talking about manicures and pedicures and totally ignoring us and the customer was a man. We walked out, the employee said for us to "have a nice day". Really?

- KHKate HamiltonJun 18, 20245.0Customer service is everything! I had a broken air release valve. I went to Leslie's in hopes they'd have one I could replace it with. Sadly they didn't. Close, but the part they had was bigger than what I needed. I asked if she had any ideas or suggestions. She said I could try discount pools down the road or check online with the pool filter company (bestway does not sell this part, though for my model). But it spoke it a lot that she was willing to point me to another store to help me. She was friendly and very helpful. At Discount Pools I was met with a different attitude. I'd definitely go back to Leslie's for anything pool related just because their staff was actually friendly and helpful.
