Had a poor experience with delivery through this store. Item received was clearly scratched on the outside (visible to store personnel) but was okay’d to be sent to me in this condition.
Called store to have issue solved and ultimately they took no accountability when denying a credit for extra delivery fee that was paid.
I can of course return it myself to the store but essentially I paid extra for someone to send me an item in this condition.

My go to Lowe's store. Staff is great and helpful all the time.
However...
The hardware section is a mess!!! Someone please go stock this section. It's embarrassing how disorganized it is. I spent 20 minutes with help from 2 employees and could not find a 5/16th bolt to save life.

Stole $744.24 from me after a canceled delivery with no refund. No matter how many calls I made, no matter how many times I visited the store to speak with management, I always got the runaround… "Let me look into this and I will call you with an update." Never once did anyone follow up.
I must've called and visited 30 times, and today in the market for several new appliances decided to give them one last try. I spent an hour on hold with the store and another half hour on the phone with Lowes corporate customer service. It doesn't look like I'm getting anywhere with this.
I've done all I can do. The people at Lowe's do not care one iota about their customers. I'm going back to family run businesses for everything I can, and if I need a big box store it'll have to be anyone but Lowe's.

Staff is friendly anytime I’ve stopped in. My go to place when I’m looking for in stock items to pick up same-day. While back in the summer, my dad had known he needed a new fridge but pushed it off till it just stopped working one late night on the weekend. Home depot, PC Richards, and Best Buy, didn’t have anything in stock in the dimensions he needed. Did a quick search & Lowes did! We got there maybe 1hr before closing & the young woman working that night still helped us with a great attitude. Her manager an older woman got the remaining crew in that area to bring out the fridge to the front and helped us load into our truck in no time! Amazing place & amazing staff can’t say it enough!
