    Update on Claim below: Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and lack of professionalism at this Lowe’s location. On Tuesday 4/7/26, we purchased a grill with assembly. After receiving an official text notification on 4/8/26 at 8 am, that our order was ready for pickup , my husband drove to the store, only to be told the assembly team wouldn't even be in until Friday. The situation devolved further today (Friday, 4/10/26). After being told specifically to wait until today, my husband called for an update since he had yet to receive a text to pick up the grill. He was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then abruptly hung up on when he asked to speak with a manager. When he finally got through, he was told there was "no guarantee" given that assembly team would show up today, when he was told exactly that by an employee on Wednesday. Instead of an apology for the conflicting information provided by their own team and automated system, the employees were less than professional. They blamed my husband for having the "wrong information" and offered two unacceptable "solutions": Assemble the grill himself (despite us paying for the service). Or, pay more money to "upgrade" to a 3-burner grill that was already assembled on the floor. Attempting to leverage a store error into an upsell is predatory and a complete failure of customer service. We chose Lowe's for the convenience of assembly, but this has been nothing but a logistical headache and a display of poor staff training. I hope corporate looks into the communication breakdown between their automated notifications and the floor staff at this location.

    Since moving into a new home, I have had to make multiple trips to Lowe’s. The past couple times I have went, I ran into Frankie in the garden/outdoor patio section. He has been extremely extremely pleasant and helpful. He actually remembered who I was! He was the kindest and sweetest when it came time to buying my outdoor patio set. He carried everything and put it in the truck for us with the biggest smile on his face. He is so amazing & I hope the store recognizes what a great worker he is!
