  Marina DeFiore from the Moorestown store was amazing and very easy to work with! The process from beginning to end was exceptional! The delivery crew was efficient and knowledgeable, along with the installer of my hood range Johnny! Highly recommend!

  A year ago we replaced all of our appliances during a kitchen renovation and a friend of ours recommended Albo. They were extremely helpful and responsible. Everything was delivered with care and has worked great. Can’t recommend Albo enough. Talk to Drew!

  We have purchased all our appliances from Albo. They know what they're doing, sales people are easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is excellent. Great warranties. They'll take your old appliance and dispose of it. When it comes to major appliances this is where you want to be!

  I was referred to Albo and Woodbury Appliance due to Johnnies Appliance retiring and closing so they could not order the washer to match my dryer that I purchased from them. Due to difference in price and Albo offering the washer cheaper than Woodbury, I went with them. I called Albo and spoke with Andy, he was so kind, answered all of my questions, had the washer I wanted for about $150 less than Woodbury appliance so we ordered the specific washer I wanted and set up delivery/removal. 5 stars, seamless transaction. Delivery day came, the driver called to let me know he'd be arriving in about 20mins. 5mins later they were knocking at my door, no biggie. The guy came inside, I showed him where the washer is located so he could remove it and reinstall the new one. He never identified himself. He immediately asked if he could use my bathroom- again, no biggie just very unusual. I've never had someone doing work of any kind at my house ask to use the bathroom. While he was in the bathroom, 2 more men walked into my home, unidentified, removed the old washer and brought the new one in. The first guy comes back to connect the washer and get it set up. He left all the pieces from set up throughout my laundry room, some of them dripping wet. Throughout further inspection, the floor in front of my washer is scraped very deeply (my floor was installed in march 2025, so its brand new. Im not happy AT ALL), the new hoses that were installed started leaking; leaving boxes of laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets to get completely soaked and destroyed (imagine the fun soapy mess of boxes of pods being soaked with water and leaving about 5 intact pods left between the two brand new boxes) thankfully the dryer sheets dried and still work as they should. But I also had brand new clothes stored on the shelf next to the leaking hoses and detergent, which were also damaged because I unfortunately didnt notice the leak immediately as I dont do laundry every day, so it had 2 days to accumulate before anyone saw the mess/damage. They left all of the cardboard from the washer box outside in my yard on the side of my house- which to my knowledge they were supposed to remove when they left. Huge difference from dealing with Johnnies just a week prior. The gentlemen from johnnies were friendly, personable and brought me to my new appliance to show me how to work it and cleaned up behind themselves. To then dealing with Albo, where I was told "all good, let the washer run for 15mins. Sign here. Thanks. Have a good one" didnt explain why it had to run, offer to show me anything, and failed to mention the scrape in my floor, left trash everywhere and caused a large leak which hadn't ever been present before them installing the new washer. Andy was great on the phone, but due to my delivery experience, and feeling so overwhelmingly uncomfortable in my own home due to their lack of identification and how they interacted, the mess that was left behind, in addition to damaging my property. I will not be a returning customer. Buyer beware. They may have better pricing and faster delivery, but sometimes the better price and faster delivery isn't always the way to go. Hard lesson learned. So glad I got a better price for the washer so I had the extra money to replace my laundry products. if only it was enough of a savings that I could have my brand new floor repaired and the brand new clothes with tags still on them replaced as well.
