  The installer cracked the system panel when installing our system. The company has repeatedly promised its replacement, it has been two years and it has not happened. I have called about once a month and I’m always given an excuse and a promise for a follow up that never happens. For example “Oh yes, I see a note on your account that this happened. We will have to order that screen before we can replace it. We will call you when we have it to install.” I have heard some version of this about a dozen times. I never hear from them and I call back and continue to be given excuses. Meanwhile I have a panel with a shattered screen that is difficult to use. I’ve even had a service agent out to my home to add a sensor to a new door and replace the screen. When he arrived he installed the sensor, which is wireless and just involved peeling a sticker and affixing it to the door, and told me he couldn’t replace the panel. I got a bill days later for $145 plus the cost of the sensor. When I called to inquire, I was told that that was the minimum fee for having a technician come out and I had to pay even though the primary reason for the visit was not completed. I of course asked again about the system panel and got the same story and run around. Some aspects of AC Daughtry are reliable, but just hope that your system doesn’t need any maintenance and prepare for them to give you the run around if they made an error and need to make it right. The only way to repair my system panel at this point may be to switch to ADT.

  Wow, read the fine print of your contract carefully. When I signed and agreed to pay them for 3 years I couldn't have imagined that included if I sold the building!! What a racket! I called to terminate service, and then received a bill for the next 17 months of service for a building I don't even own any more! Read all the fine print of your contract, or save your time and money and find a different provider that you can trust.

  Big fan of their customer service. Been using them for 3 years now as it was the system installed when I moved in. Super secure system with incredible features. But again, most importantly, the service is great.

  I have spent a long time in the alarm business and I can tell you this operation is by far the best around. On the ball, responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I won't mention any of the 3 letter company's out there that try everyday to be 1/2 the company AC Daughtry is because it would insult this perfectly good review. Great job!
