I've been going to Lowe's for years now and they're a solid option for home improvement. They sell quality products at reasonable prices and in some ways they're better than Home Depot. I personally prefer Home Depot's brand selection a bit more, but Lowe's has decent brands and competitive pricing. Customer service is reliable and the store is well-organized. I'd recommend them, especially if you want to compare options between the two big hardware stores.

Absolutely AVOID THIS STORE!!! Terrible customer service!! Paid an arm and leg for doors called 2 days ago and they didn’t state they would be late. I have someone coming to set my doors money on the line and have paid for said door for 2 months I do not have. They state now they would be late. No call, no email or text. I call them and someone says she is trying to help then hangs up on me. I don’t even know if these doors will be correct when I do receive. What a mess, and terrible service. Go elsewhere!!!!
