    Ferguson in Red Bank, NJ This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! I had my bathroom gutted, and I unfortunately ordered everything from this place. The bathtub arrived damaged. My contractor’s workers installed it along with all the waterproofing, the insulation and the Sheetrock, and when they pulled the plastic off, there was a crack in the tub. They had to rip everything out and redo it all!!!! When they opened one of the boxes, the tank and the lid for the toilet was busted into a million pieces. They sold me a matching set for the shower, and included an incorrect part (according to my contractor) which I returned and got the correct part. They charged me for shower doors that never got delivered, and then told me that the doors weren’t in stock and would not be in until March…this was in January when my bathroom was being replaced. But the best part is… the only reason they told me was because I called them and pressed the issue. Everything I ordered got delivered on several different days from different trucking companies. They didn’t even bother to ask whether I would be home or whether I was able to accept delivery. One of the trucking companies they use delivered a box weighing almost 200 lbs., after I responded, NO, to a text they sent me the night before asking if I wanted it delivered. They backed their truck up onto my lawn and made marks on my new concrete, even though I was not home and there was no car in my driveway. It was dropped off on a pallet right in front of my entryway door. I almost couldn’t get into my house. I sent pictures to the manager, and still haven’t gotten any reply about a resolution. They’re never available when you call them, and they never return phone calls. No one seems to know what they’re doing. The sales department seems to only be interested in making a sale so that they get their commission. This includes the manager of the sales department as well. Stay far far away from this place, or you WILL definitely be sorry!!!
