- MRM RJan 3, 20261.0Beware, bait and switch operation. Rental almost doubled. I paid for months in advance at one rate. Once that was over rates nearly doubled. Gave notice today I am ending the rental unit. Sad as there are many units next to mine not rented. Now they lost me as a renter due to greed. No reason for the steep increase provided by them, which is unacceptable. Stay clear of this place.
