- HHHeidi HoskinsApr 3, 20261.0I am a long time customer of Howard Hill furniture. I have bought furniture for every room and it has lasted for years. Five years ago, I bought my son and daughter-in-law a dining room set and had it custom painted. Even though it was a small table with a leaf and four chairs, it was $3500. When the set was delivered, the pegs and wholes that allow the leaf to open were mismatched. It was never able to open correctly. For five years, we’ve been trying to get this problem fixed. They have sent people out who said that they’ve adjusted it, but who actually did nothing to the set. They refuse to replace it and now the warranty is over. It is completely frustrating because we have been on top of this problem from the beginning. They have stalled us and evaded our calls. Now they say that it is over and there’s nothing they can do. I’ve spent $3500 on a dining room set that doesn’t work correctly. I know that they are closing their Cherry Hill store. I’m so disappointed with our experience., I can understand why they are closing. What was once a beautiful company systematically went downhill.

The prices were good, service was prompt, and delivery was really smooth. The furniture is very sturdy and high-quality, and all of the wood tones match perfectly. The salesman and the delivery service men were all extremely professional and helpful. We are very happy with our furniture.
