    Came in search of 2 pet friendly upholstered club/side chair. Was greeted at door by “Genell” who made me feel welcomed and she advised me my sales representative , Debbie, was on the phone but would be with me shortly. I told her what I was looking for, and she pointed me in the right direction and encouraged me to look around. She kept checking in on me and updating me on Debbie’s availability which I appreciated and thanked her. Once Debbie became available she too was pleasant and put no pressure on me to make a quick decision. Once I selected my fabric and chairs, the order and warranty essentials explained, I left as a happy customer who felt valued.
