  First experience with Wetscape as our previous service company, metro Irrigation, has retired. Metro was great and my first season opening was a very good experience with Jose. Changed a lot of heads that I knew needed replacing and repaired a bad line that our aerator company ran over and punctured last fall. All repairs were done to my satisfaction and Jose showed me more things on my hydra wise app. Was certainly more expensive than Metro but also a lot of extra work was required on this visit for my 15 year old system. After one visit I feel comfortable in staying with Wetscape.

  Last year Wetscape installed a sprinkler system for us so this was our first spring turn on. Michael our tech was on time, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and all around great to work with. The team in the office is also wonderful to work with and very communicative. I would recommend them as your “go to”company for all things sprinkler related.

  It was easy to comunicate and make an appointment. Service was confirmed the day before. The technician Jim notified me in advance about his arrival time, came right on time, is highly professional and knowledgeable, patiently exlaned every issue found and fixed them quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to continue to be a customer

  We needed an assessment done a legacy irrigation system at a home we bought. Jim came in and did a complete diagnostic on our system and made recommendations on changes to ensure better coverage of our lawn and beds. He identified a leak and repaired it and we even decided to upgrade to a wifi enabled controller. Jim was a pro and I highly recommend him and Wetscape - Royal Irrigation.

  Jim and Paul were exceptional. We switched to Wetscape this year after a bad experience with another company and everything from the customer service to the technical work has been great. They came out to turn the system on for the spring and stayed into the early evening fixing several lingering issues on the spot, upgrading our system, and walking us through the entire thing. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!
