I’ve visited this store many times while remodeling my house. Unfortunately, the one thing that has been very consistent is the lack of help from the staff.
Often when I ask for assistance, someone will say, “I’ll be right there,” but they never actually come. Other times they say they’re busy but will send someone else to help. As you can probably guess, that person never shows up either.
It’s frustrating, especially when you’re trying to find specific items during a renovation project and need guidance. Better customer service and follow-through would really improve the experience.

“Contractor warning for South Jersey investors and contractors.”
Very disappointed with Lowe’s delivery service in South Jersey.
Order #201575063261583051 was scheduled for delivery on Friday and included framing lumber (2×10s, 2×6s), plywood, and other building materials for an active construction project.
The order was not prepared by the store, and I was told the delivery would be moved to Saturday (March 7). Today only part of the order arrived, and now I’m being told the rest of the materials will not be delivered until Tuesday.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable for contractors and real estate investors who rely on materials arriving on the scheduled date.
Delays like this stop active construction projects and cost real money.
The problem appears to involve the Lowe’s stores serving Maple Shade and the Gloucester Township / Lawnside area in South Jersey, where the order was handled and prepared.
When a delivery is scheduled, the order should be prepared properly and delivered in full and on time. Contractors cannot run projects if orders are forgotten or pushed back multiple times.
Lowe’s needs to seriously improve the reliability of its delivery system and the accountability of the teams responsible for preparing contractor orders.
If someone from Lowe’s corporate customer service sees this, I would appreciate a response regarding this order and how this situation will be resolved.

LOW quality washer - LG (LOTS of GLUE)
18 months old and washer lid cracked off hinge. Extended warranty was useless. Called LG directly and they said it was "damage" and not part of warranty. DO NOT BUY LG CRAP!!! The washer is made of low quality plastic!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
