  STAY AWAY!!!! We were customers for over two years. During that time, our rent increased by about 60% and nearly doubled, even after we explained that we could not afford the increases. As a military family who was affected by the government shutdown missing a month of pay we asked for understanding and flexibility and received none… we were behind and willing to pay, but we needed an extra day to find the money we didn’t have.. We even asked if they could at the very least take off 30 days to account for the shutdown So that our account wouldn’t fall into auction or pre auction status, but again they completely dismissed us. We were also given incorrect information about the deadline to make a payment to save our unit. We were told we were supposed to make a payment by the end of day on that Wednesday, but after speaking with the manager, he said it was Thursday by a certain time so there was a lot of misunderstanding on the deadline, and if it was communicated clearly, we probably could’ve saved our belongings. These were not luxury items — they were clearly personal and essential items for our family. Things from deceased grandparents…military gear…children’s bedding & clothing etc… we were fine if they wanted to take all our belongings that what value like electronics TVs whatever but to take ALL of our clothes and shoes and our children’s things which was probably discarded of is wrong. We weren’t expecting these people to bend over backwards for us because that’s not their job and have a business to run but they had NO sympathy. They had NO care and they showed it in their demeanor Every time I spoke to them & the fact that they doubled our monthly rent after we were struggling to pay the original agreement is wrong and makes me feel like we were purposely set up like this to lose all of our things. If you are a military family, or experiencing financial hardship, be cautious. This facility prioritizes money over people. 100%

  Space is clean and well kept. After 3rd month they doubled my rent. I left.

  I've had between 2-5 units at 3030 Rt 73 ever since it's been under new mgmt & I would recommend it without hesitation. I love the 4 bays where you can drive in to unload & there's an elevator at each end of the building so it is very convenient. The garage type doors on each individual unit works so much better than the swing type door I had elsewhere. It's easy to get to right there on Rt 73, the place is always clean, well lit, has a bathroom, and friendly, helpful staff. Ryan seems to be the one working when I'm over there & he has always been very helpful. Everything that goes on in & outside the building is under the watchful eyes of the staff through their many security cameras. So, overall, it's a good place! There are a couple of things I'd like to see there though...a few more push carts (they have 6 now), a soda machine, and a trash receptacle for us renters (like the ones they have outside stores; 1 in each bay would be nice).

  They raised my rate by over 30%, meanwhile, their main front large garage door by the highway has been broken and open for months, even though I’ve complained. They also went weeks with one of their elevators broken. The staff are very nice, but the owners are not taking care of the facility. I am paying for a certain level of security for my possessions, and I have not been getting that security at this site. 🙁
