  If I can give them zero stars, I would I had an order place for delivery for Landscaping supplies. They showed up four hours after the initial time when the delivery showed up it was missing half my items when I called the store I was told I needed to call the logistics company to straighten it out. I told them it’s not my job. That’s what I paid delivery for. I then spoke to the store manager, who told me he would try to get the product to me today by that time, my landscaper had left once he found out the product wasn’t there and might not show up today when contacting customer service it’s like talking to a brick wall now I have no product. My landscaper was paid $150 and Lowe’s couldn’t care less.

  This review is for Chuck in the lumber department. Chuck asked if I needed ask help, which I did.I explained my siruation. He gave me suggestions for my project. He bought me to the plywood, cut it to size and off I went. Please recognize him for customer service by going above and beyond. Thank you !

  Big business at it's finest. No cashiers, no one to mix paint in the paint dept. Had to wait half hour for someone to finally come to help. Not this first time this happened to me either. I'll go to Home Depot in Lacey next time. No more Loews for me.

  I went to Lowe's 11.17.25 to order a vanity for my bathroom. They stated they did not have one in stock, and I would be contacted when it arrived. Meanwhile, since I paid for installation, the sub contractor came and measured. Dec, no vanity, January, no vanity, called twice, not restocked. The last time I called, they identify you by phone number which then gives them order number. No order found. I was listening to a ringing phone for 10 minutes, called back, put on hold again. So, now I have to go there. Much to my surprise as they are looking up my order, they seem perplexed because it stated they have 5 in-stock! So now they decide to refund the entire order( which has been paid in full) and do it over again. I did get a small discount of $132.00. The sales woman gives me a delivery date of 2.18.26, she stated a Monday. I told her I work till 2 so it have to be later in the day so it can be brought into the house. I get home and realize that date is a Wednesday, so which day is it coming, Monday or Wednesday. Turns out it's Monday, call Humble trucking, the vendor they use, leave a detailed message. Get home from work and its sitting in front of my house. Call humble again, they do not answer their phones or return calls. Luckily I contacted the sub and he came over and brought it in. This was by the far the worst service I have experienced to date. I also looked up Humble trucking, all 1 star reviews, why Lowe's would use such a disreputable vendor is still unclear. I do have a credit on the Lowe's cc , once that's used I will never set foot in that store again. The employees were helpful and apologetic.
