Well Lowe’s won’t do anything. Said to call Toro who are useless. Told me to call Briggs and Stratton who made the engine. They told me various things to do. Took it to an authorized B&S service center. Said it was repaired. Same thing. Took it to another service center. Same thing. It is now December and I have a lawnmower that don’t work. No one will help me with this. Apparently after they sell it they don’t care about the consumer. I will be a Home Depot customer going forward. My next stop will be consumer affairs. Well that phone number was a waste of my time. I got a person I could barely understand and she told me she couldn’t help me that it was the wrong department. I will start my case with consumer affairs.
