Working with Lowe’s Pro Desk at the Lowe’s in Lumberton, NJ and across South Jersey, I can say Lynsey Ramirez stands out as one of the best. As a business owner, I value speed, accuracy, and reliability—and she delivers every time. Orders are always handled smoothly, pricing is competitive, and communication is top-level. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs right. That level of professionalism is rare and makes a real difference on active projects. Highly recommended—Lowe’s is lucky to have her.

I just found out that Lowes changed my business credit card payment due date without any notice and, because I've had a due date of the 28th of the month for many, many years, I did not notice the change. Like many of us with credit cards, the due dates don't change and we know them by heart so each month we don't check if the date is the same. I write on my monthly calendar when my credit cards are do and I do this for the entire year. Lowes has been charging me a late fee of $41.00/month and interest since January, 2026 for a total of $194.53. I had an accident in January and was laid up for a couple months and was just trying to keep up with the office work as best I could. Since the Lowes credit card is just for purchases at Lowes, unlike other credit cards that have charges from different stores or entities, I haven't been diligent in looking at each specific charge like I would on other credit cards so I missed the Late Fees and Interest Charges. I called Lowes today to ask for these charges to be removed and they refused. They said they could only remove one round of charges totaling $96.38. I got a supervisor and asked for her to specifically tell me why I wasn't notified about the changed due date. She claimed a letter was sent out that told of late fee increases and interest charge increases. When I asked where does it say my payment due date is changing, her reply was it talked about the days in the cycle changing but not that my actual due date was moving from the 28th to the 27th. I also never received that letter because if I had I would have read it and marked my calendar with the change. I did finally get them to remove 4 of the 6 charges for a total of $98.15 but they would not remove all of them. I then had her close my Business Account with Lowes after many years of doing business with them and I will shop elsewhere. I am tired of Big Business screwing with people by upping their charges and hiding important information like changes to payment due dates. This review is to make you aware of what and how Lowes is unscrupulously making changes to their terms and conditions in very non-apparent ways in hopes of you not noticing and them being able to charge you unmercifully. Watch all of the credit card companies because they are all out for the almighty dollar!!! (I only gave Lowes one fake star because I had to in order to post my review but, in reality, they don't deserve and I don't give them any stars)

Tell you what, if you visit multiple locations in one day, you can immediately spot the differences in each store. Our final stop last night was at the Lumberton/Mt. Holly location around 7/7:15pm. I went to customer service to ask a question about their propane tanks and possibly even purchase one. At first, there was only 1 employee behind the counter who was helping another customer, then at one point about 4 or even 5 employees were behind the counter and helped another customer. Once they finished helping her they all just left. Meanwhile the original customer that was being helped is STILL being helped, and I'm left standing there still waiting. Not one employee out of the 4/5 could be bothered to even glance my way to ask what I needed help with and I couldn't be missed in my bright kelly green Eagles hoodie. I gave the benefit of a doubt and thought maybe I was standing in the wrong line. I did only see a sign for returns. So I asked the lone employee who was helping the customer if this was customer service. Without looking at me, he responded in an annoyed tone that it was, which just added to my frustration. So I said there were 4 employees behind the counter and not one of them could help me? He said: I'm going to help you, ma'am. Again in that annoyed tone, as if I'm the unreasonable one for expecting customer service at the customer service counter. At that point I just walked away before I turned into turbo Karen 2.0. Poor customer service in this economy is crazy.
