I recently stopped in to this Lowe’s to pickup a couple of moving boxes/supplies and was greeted by a very unkind and ghoulish lady named Danielle. She was very rude, unintelligent and was not at all familiar with the store inventory. She constantly was muttering under her breath about more important things she could be doing and did not seem at all like she wanted to work here. It’s a shame because this Lowe’s has been excellent and I have never had a bad experience until now! Stinks that one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch.

The very rude associate Karen, living up to the name, was extremely snotty and unprofessional. We will buy our stove from Home Depot for any price difference rather than deal with the horrible customer service and not even a greeting but a rude stare while she moved us out of the way then offered nothing but stares when we were looking for help. How disappointing. I hope you’re smart enough to keep that horrible woman off the sales floor because she is the worst salesperson you could have had.
