I went in to look at plants and found one i loved on discount then was told by Cody(allegedly the manager although I saw no reason he should be in that position) that it wasn't included in the sale. Pat the cashier was lovely and would make a fabulous manager as she is the best at her jo: professional and went above and beyond. Cody could learn a thing or two from Pat and her customer service skills but clearly Lowes is committed to having mediocre men in management when they aren't capable.

just went to the mt Holly location to pick up a new shower and shroud. it cost me around 1000 dollars. I asked the store associate to help me load it into my truck as I was alone making the purchase. he told me they aren't allowed to leave the store. I asked another guy and he also said this. so I called the store to speak with a manager and was left on hold for 15 minutes. so in conclusion no one does there job there but they have no problem taking your money. go to home depot and save yourself the headache and backache

Let me tell you this wasn't gonna start out as a five star review but with the help that I got at the Lowe's in Lumberton with the sales manager, Eric Fahey and Kyle and their other associate Tom, I was very pleased with how they listened to my complaint and inquiry. I got a dryer from Lowe's December 23. I needed service on it three weeks later and then needed service again in February, they wanted to replace almost every part in the whirlpool dryer and I was not having that I feel as though maybe $600 ain't a lot of money but it is to me and I pointed that out to Kyle , Tom and Eric and they agreed and said don't worry we're gonna get you a new dryer and it was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with their response time and for their patience thank you so much guys.
