I waited for the representative to finish with a customer to find out if there were any funds on my gift card only to find out there were zero dollars. Of you don't use a gift card in a certain time frame you will lose it. I needed keys made. I was told someone will come to the dept or use the self made service. After getting a rep to help me he was so involved in doing other things he made two out of three keys for me while discussing with another employee of where he suppose to be. I will never go back to Lowes again. Customer service is horrible..
