Over the years, I’ve seen many employees come and go—most of whom were pleasant, helpful, and truly cared about the customers and the facility. Recently, however, the level of service has declined significantly. I no longer feel supported or confident in the staff’s communication or professionalism. I strongly encourage customers to pay close attention to their units and belongings, as my trust in the current management has diminished. The staff or very sneaky and liers. After more than a decade with this company, I expected better.
