Is that even legal? When we spoke with them about that, they were contentious and condescending. Talk about bad customer service. We decided to move out and use another storage company. The new company we went to were courteous and very helpful. They even gave us an amazing deal. In our discussions with our new storage company, it came up that a lot of their new customers were coming from extra space storage from this location. I would give this location negative stars but the lowest review you can give is 1 star.
