It’s a rip off any special rates you get going in if you don’t scam the system by paying a year upfront they will more than double your rates every few months trying to force you into another unit at their so called special fees. If you are late for a reason (I was late due to not knowing they did not have the card saved on file that I opened it with) I immediately fixed it when I got the email. There were all these BS fees that they claimed could not be removed by state law it was a lie.
