She was full of attitude and not kind at all, it doesn’t take much of human decency to be capable of completing proper customer service. Regardless of the business setting it is unfair to be treated so belittled. I’ve never felt the misery of a person much more. May god be full of blessings to you miss carla… you surely need it.
