Have been a customer for 7 years and was locked out of unit today because payment got there a day after due date. Apparently They lock you out during grace period for payment too. No emergency contact number like other storage units in the area.

Very reasonable pricing and great staff to answer any questions. Has a gate and security cameras everywhere so you know your stuff is safe. It would be great if more handtrucks or anything else to help move heavy items where more handy but all in all, great storage place.

Perhaps others are not using the theft proof locks or maybe they are not sliding the bolt before they lock the unit. We highly recommend them and their staff is very friendly and helpful.
