The guy came out did not try any other way and just drilled a hole in my door knob yanked it out then decided to tell me it was $650 plus all these “additional charges” came out to $814. Did not tell me until the “job” was already done. It was 9p I live home alone I didn’t want to argue with a stranger. I called to get a full refund bc they broke my door knob did not replace it. They decided to do $400 refund. I don’t understand how this job is worth $414 when every other lock smith charges $70-$100. Do not use them. I deserve a full refund for this job. The service was awful. Worst experience of my life.

The key I was trying to copy is one of the most common keys on the market - Kwikset. it’s inexcusable that your machine would not recognize this. I’m requesting a full refund for my three keys.
