- GMGregory Morris3 days ago5.0Overall, this location far surpassed any expectations I had approaching an outlet. While I expect 5-star service from a traditional RH store, I foolishly assumed that with the reduced rates, comes reduced customer service. That is not the case. The reps took countless hours out of their days (for a week straight) to swap images/texts/calls with my wife and I as we hunted down the desired piece from 50 miles out. Once we found what we were after, we visited the store and met Lisa. She was an absolute gem; as eager to assist us as she was to entertain my young daughter, giving me a chance to take my time looking over our investment piece. Their initial attention to our needs got us in the door - their in person care solidified our customer loyalty. Happy to provide the well earned feedback.
