  Worst service ever. I would not shop here agin or recommed anyone to buy from here. Their installation team is weeks behind. They dont return phone calls and their prices are very high. <Looking at other reviews it seems my sales person, Stacie, was the worst team member there. I definitely will not shop here again. I spent over $30000 and got miserable service!

  My refrigerator stopped cooling and I had to get it replaced as soon as possible. The compressor and other components needed to be replaced. The price was ridiculously high. I called Mrs G’s and was helped by a salesman named Bobby. I gave him my specs and was able to secure a brand new replacement the next day. It was an easy and efficient transaction and I never had to drive to the store. I would recommend this establishment to everyone shopping for an appliance.

  We just replaced our wall ovens, rangetop and vent hood in a custom kitchen. Mike S in sales really was a great support for us. The installing team from Bleed Blue Ventures really made the project happen. Mike Plasko was tremendous working with us in advance to determine if and how the new appliances would fit into our spaces. During the install, Mike and Joe spent the whole day making each one fit right. Throughout the day they needed to tweak and adjust, making decisions as if they were working on their own homes. They were just tremendous…I cannot say enough. Thanks to all for a great outcome.

  The fridge delivery went very smoothly. My interaction with the salesman who helped me make the purchase, Mr Foerst could have been better. He flustered me by denying that the salesman who assisted me two days earlier (Mr Rashdi) had not given me the information that he did about the fridge model I had selected. Mr Foerst essentially said to me, ‘you did not hear him correctly.’ I let it pass but that was simply untrue and even if it were true, a salesman should not treat a potential customer so disrespectfully. The exchange made me nervous and upset the remainder of our interaction.

  We've been buying our appliances from Mrs. Gs for some time they've always been great. So when we needed a new washing machine after 14 years we returned to Mrs. Gs. Sales experience great Richard was very knowledgeable. The (GE) machine was delivered on-time, is working great and is easy to operate. The downside was the drain hose was too short. Supply hoses were long enough but drain hose did not reach to drain pipe, which is right beside the supply lines. Moving the washer closer not an option as we have a utility sink between wash and supply line. I had to order extension from GE ($35); in the meantime we have it draining into utility sink. Otherwise this would be a 5-star review. I was asked if washer would be within 4' of supply which it is, but even if supply lines are long enough the drain hose may not be.
